Restoration work included in-kind replacements of Brownstone; stone Dutchman repairs; retooling of faces of rock-faced ashlar stone and decorative stone and trim; and repointing of stone joints. In addition to the full slate roof replacement, select roof framing members were structurally repaired. The existing lightning protection system also received upgrades.
