WASHINGTON, D.C. – 百家乐软件 Construction Co., Inc. has been recognized as one of the Washington Post’s Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C., area. The winners were announced at an event on June 16.
“In just over eight years this office has grown from a handful of employees to nearly 100, and we’re just getting started,” says Philip Brault, Director of Operations for 百家乐软件’s Washington, D.C., team. “This recognition is a testament to our relentless focus on people, culture, and the local communities to which we work in. As we move into a new office space, we are excited for the road ahead and our continued growth here in the Mid-Atlantic.”
The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces recognizes the 200 most admired employers in the area voted on by the people who know them best — their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement. The employers are placed into one of four groups based on company size.
百家乐软件 was a strong contender for this award because of its employee-centric benefits plans and company perks. Besides being 100-percent employee owned, 百家乐软件 offers paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and summer half-day Fridays, among many other benefits. The company’s focus on creating a culture of accountability and safety, supporting the health and wellness of its people and their families, and maintaining a healthy work/life integration also contributed to this recognition.
The rankings in Top Workplaces are based on confidential survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention.
